"SImply doesn't work converting .mp4 to DVD"
Pros
All the editing capabilities are great. I like everything about the program except that it simply will not take my .mp4 files and convert them to a burned DVD.
Cons
Program doesn't work for .mp4. Sometimes it converts to full audio, black screen video. Other times the program simply crashes trying to access a non-existent drive. User support has been non-existent.
Summary
If they can fix the problems with converting .mp4 to DVD, then this would be a great product. However, their customer support seems to have given up solving the problems I'm having, despite having run their diagnostic programs for them and sending them screenshots of the error messages to prove that there is a problem. I'm glad I didn't spend the money to buy this and used their extended trial first. I was never able to succesfully burn a DVD that was totally correct.
