"Tried to buy - FAIL"
Version: MagicISO Maker 5.5 build 281
Pros
Neat program
Cons
300m limit sucks.
Tried to buy TWICE. First time the response page locked up IE 100%CPU for a few minutes till I killed it. Fried FF and get "The server at usd.swreg.org is taking too long to respond."Summary
I bet this is a great program. Too bad I will never know now because the purchase experience was a total mess. When I have given my credit card information I absolutely HATE seeing things like this. The ONLY acceptable responses to a credit card txn should be YES or NO. This "Our purchase infrastructure is poorly designed" response is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and UNNERVING makes me wish i had not given my card info.
The connection has timed out
The server at usd.swreg.org is taking too long to respond.

"Product works - but upgrades not free and no support!"
Version: MagicISO Maker 5.5 build 281
Pros
The product works and is easy to use
Cons
No support - there is no reply to any e-mails sent for registration issues with the updated version. Basically, if you try to update to the latest build, your earlier registration no longer works.
Summary
Avoid this product - wrong claim of free upgrades and complete lack of support!

"It works for small ISO files"
Version: MagicISO Maker 5.5 build 281
Pros
It works, and appears to be a full-featured package
Cons
This demo version will not save an ISO file larger than 300MB -- useless for my purposes
Summary
If you are actually going to pay to register the program, or only need to work with small ISO files, this program is probably exactly what you're looking for. If like me, you just want to turn one disk into an ISO file to make a few copies, this program will only waste your time.

"The worst support in the industry"
Version: MagicISO Maker 5.5 build 281
Pros
It works fine
Cons
Once you buy it you cannot get any support from their only support which is on line support. I have emailed them 4 times over a period of 1+ weeks and they just do not respond. Horrible support. You have to pay $29.95 again to fix problems.
Summary
Do not buy this product! You will never get any support. They do not respond to any emails asking for help for their product.
