"Didn't Translate html Doc from Web Page"
Cons: I wanted to translate an html doc from Bridge USA from Japanese to English.

"SCAM, Invalid Registration Code, SCAM"
Pros: Works fine but the registration code is bogus
Cons: Provided me with a non-working registration code. Contacted Zhangduo the maker, and Emetrix the front man to no avail. I'm thinking scam. I've disputed it and I will let them fight it out with the CC.

"does what it says-translated fairly long phrases"
Pros: translated fairly long phrases well, easy to use and no problems so far
Cons: as with many such programs, doesn't provide phonetic translation option, which would be very useful for difficult languages

"Apparently replaced by cute translator"
Pros: I encountered an error message using this software. I sent email to support. Support just said to download and use Cute Translator instead.

Pros: The trial version works for the 15 day period. Translated French and German work really well and easy to use. Other languages do not translate very well.
Cons: Paid $38.95 for purchase including CD. Never received the CD. The retail download does not work. The Registration code does not work. Made many attempts to find someone to help and since there is no on line or phone support I am unable to use the product. No response to E-Mail. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
