This product sucks, if you look at the positive reviews they are all from the same person with the same bad English grammar, what a liar.
Cons
Takes 30 minutes to do a basic 3 minutes file.
Summary
For one thing, the creators are liars. Why would I use this product if they have to lie to promote it.

Works OK but struggles on some DVD formats

Vicious resrictive licensing if you buy it and install it on a machine you can NEVER change to another machine you must buy again - don't bother buy other software that allows upgrades - also struggles with some DVD formats
Summary
You expect to be able to buy software that works and this does more or less to convert to PSP or phone formats - so do other apps - but you also expect to be able to use the software for more than a year - this crowd will not allow you to move from one machine to your new one so you couod be stuck with your old clunker if you want to keep using it - skip this and get Any Video Converter for free - it has some limitations or Easy DVD RIp if you want an easy to use all purpose app and you are using it a lot and are prepared to pay for it - it is worth it

Does not work, warns you that it is about to lock up your computer if you proceed, but you cannot exit, then locks up. Have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to regain control of your computer. What a piece of garbage.
