Pros
For those of us that need to sometimes use Macs,and PCs, this is a great program.
It details virtually everything about Macs, their hardware, their OSl, model numbers, battery types, etc. I only WISH there were something as good for say, Thinkpads.Cons
If this program has any flaws, I have yet to find it. The Windows version does seem to be released a little later than the Mac version, but this is quite understandable and not really a problem.

Detailied information served up in a simple easy-to-use format. What's not to like?
