Macsense WUA-400/700 AeroPad specifications

If you purchased AeroPad WUA-400, to use this latest AeroPad OS X driver v.1.0.1 requires a firmware upgrade to your AeroPad hardware. (If you purchased AeroPad Plus WUA-700 after February 1, 2003, then the firmware upgrade is not necessary.) The firmware upgrade is a simple process but it runs only on a Windows PC, for now. (We're working to release a Mac firmware upgrade utility.) Please refer to the AeroPad Firmware Upgrade Instruction page. The OS X driver will not work if you don't upgrade the firmware. If you have no access to a Windows computer or if you rather not attempt the firmware upgrade yourself, we offer a free program in which you send back your AeroPad unit and we upgrade your AeroPad for you for free. The upgrade will be processed immediately upon receipt of your AeroPad. We ship priority mail on the return trip and the transit time is about 2-3 days for continental U.S. Please write us at support@macsense.com to arrange for your AeroPad to be returned for upgrade.
