Added Setup application to allow Display and refresh rates to be set.
Added refresh rate menu in the Graphics section of the Setup Dialog. Changing the 3Dfx refresh rate is not yet supported.
Keyboard key remappings now work. Key assignments can now be properly saved to disk.
Joystick buttons can now be properly assigned to any function in the InputSprocket popup menu.
Added more default function assignments to Joystick buttons.
No longer linking with "DriverServicesLib" so the game will work on non-PCI PowerMacs.
Fixed "mouse pinning" problem in the UI and Cockpit.
Fixed some problems related to control-clicking (ie, Right-clicking) with the mouse.
