"Easy to Use Too Many Glitches Terrible Customer Support"

Certain file types work other don't and it is mysterious as to whySummary
The software is probably 3 out of 5 stars but the customer service is horrendous. They require you to fill out a ticket, they'll respond quickly usually but I've run into a few times where they give an incomplete or wrong answer and then they don't followup for a few days. If you call them they tell you they don't do support over the phone. I actually had one of their reps hang up on me, he told me I had to wait for the person who originally answered my support ticket and hung up without saying good bye or anything.
Also it's a $5,000 purchase for the dongle and that's not even the full version, I've had them tell me I need to spend an additional $2,000 to get certain features. But it's ridiculous to have paid $5,000 and then get treated rudely on the phone because I'm supposed to wait for days to get a response on projects with tight timelines. -
