    "Messed up my e-mail and ability to delate e-mails"

    Pros

    I don't like the way it has fouled up sending and receiving e-mail. All my messages are going to the junk bin. Can't delete and numerous things that came with 9.6.

    Cons

    computer has not been the same since I installed it..... cannot get anyone to talk to me about the problemThe products

    Summary

    The products features are not functioning. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Your customer service should be customer no service.... would like to have someone to talk to from MSN..
