I really cannot talk about any pros because the one computer I wanted to monitor would not be detected.
Cons
First off the Adapter selection is cryptic at best. It provided 0.0.0.0 IP addresses and misses two IP addresses that ARE on my network. One of which is a Wireless notebook and the other a wired server.
The wireless notebook I knew for a fact to be in a MS Messenger conversation at the time and yet I could do nothing to monitor the session.
