When you unzip this file it will add a File Folder to where you unzipped it. To make it work great with the Desktop Themes manager that comes with Win98 simply put the 'MSN Explorer.Theme' file into the folder that was created when you unzipped the program. adn then it works fine and has nice view and great sound effects. So as far as desktop themes go, this is a great one to have :)

This progam basically steals Desktop Architect's functionality to change the colors of Windows, and aside from a few neat icon changes, this programdoesnt do anything that Windows Display options doesnt already offer.
Download Desktop Architect if you want to easily change, save and share your Windows color settings. -
