MSKeyViewer Plus retrieves full product-key information for numerous licensed applications, and it does it with style.
The freeware program's GUI is simple but elegant, with clearly labeled buttons that leave you with no question about using it. Granted, there's very little to do--open the program and all your licensed programs are shown in one of the two tabs. Programs are listed in a tree format, and it's easy to drill down to the details. The other tab shows nonlicensed programs like the free Adobe Acrobat reader. You can selectively copy information to the clipboard with ease.
MSKeyViewer Plus supports Microsoft Windows, Office, and other Microsoft products, in addition to other licensed programs like CA eTrust Anti-Virus and Norton Anti-Virus. You won't be able to change product-key information with this freeware, but MSKeyViewer Plus earns top marks for its clean design and effortless functionality.

From Todd Sherrer :MSKeyViewer Plus is a small utility to retrieve Microsoft product installation keys and service pack levels and display them in a list to be kept in case of key loss and/or the need to reinstall software. Most versions of Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and other miscellaneous Microsoft programs are supported.
Also, several other programs are supported such as Norton Anti-Virus (2004 and above), and Registry Mechanic 5. Version 1.2.15 has added support for SQL Server 2005 - SP1, Office 2007, and Windows Vista.

Pros: it took me very long to find a software that can retrieve my Windows product key and then i came across this software that does it for free and retrieves keys of various other programs!!!

Pros: Works just like it claims and it's free! Also is small and runs off a CD. Took only seconds to recover product keys for MS Office. I am a network consultant and one of my customers had several copies of MS Office but none were labeled as to which machine each belonged to. In minutes I was able to go around and discover which copy of Office belonged to which PC. I can't recommend it more!
I have used other Product Key recovery programs and this one is the easiest and best by far.
Cons: None that I have discovered.
