Pros
It removes the disabled msconfig Startup commands entries. Removing these entries seems to help keep them from auto-enabling again in my experience. It has worked on XP Pro, Vista Home Prem, and now Win 7 Pro for me.
Cons
I have found none yet.

Works great and satisfies my ocd need to keep my system uncluttered.

It also eliminates the msconfig access through the "Run" command, even after uninstalling, so i am condemned to reinstall it as a substitute to msconfig
