From Virtuoza :MSConfig a tool coming with Windows, includes a basic start-up manager, which allows you to enable/disable auto-start programs. It does not however allow you to completely remove an entry from the list. This is where MSConfig Cleanup comes in. It scans the start-up configurations and allows you to remove any item that has been previously disabled via MSConfig.
Version 1.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Another tool to use in your arsenal to keep your computer clean."
Pros: Its free.
It doesnt actually remove or fight spyware/adware/malware, but it sure does a great job in helping you keep your MSConfig startup list clean.
Very easy to use.
Very nice interface.
Just check the items you dont need in the MSConfig window anymore, click a single button to clean it up and those entries will be removed from MSConfig for good...or at least until the software is reinstalled on the machine.
Cons: Doesnt show items which are enabled in MSConfig startup list.
Does nothing more than clean the MSConfig startup list.

Pros: It effectively eliminates the msconfig entries
Cons: It also eliminates the msconfig access through the "Run" command, even after uninstalling, so i am condemned to reinstall it as a substitute to msconfig

"Somehow quite similar to the other reviewer NOTHING FOUND ON STARTUP."
Pros: For my experience with this apps., none.
But for other who says it effective, well, good for them.
Cons: Quite useless. Doesn't work for me.
