Version: MPS-Sudoku 2008 6.0
"Bad installer, bad customer service."
Pros: It got a good editorial review
Cons: I was unable to install the product. When I sent an email to customer service, I only received attitude.

My message to them:
Greetings,
Having been impressed with CNET's rating of your Suduko product, I didn't even bother with the trial. I thought (now foolishly) that I could trust your company. How wrong. I tried installing your "installation manager" only to get an "internal error 2762". First rule of user interface design on error messages is PROVIDE A MEANINGFUL ERROR MESSAGE. Fire your developer who made this error. Second, whatever your update manager is supposed to manage obviously failed. so dump the "manager". Its apparently not managing what it needs to.
Enough with my rant. I need operational downloads and license keys. Please send them via attachment to this email as I have neither the time or trust of your prescribed methods. I do apologize for being so forward with my frustration, but trust me - I am saying something directly to you to give you the chance of correcting it satisfactorily. Many others would just file a grievance with PayPal and be done with you. They would also likely trash your reputation with CNET and some would even go to more slanderous means. Internet commerce has been around for more than a decade and shouldn't be that hard to figure out, especially from a software company.
Please provide your prompt reply so that I may enjoy your product.
