You have to pay over $20 for a simple media conversion.
Summary
Do not buy this software. It is useless, and VERY overpriced. Rather use one of the many free converters you can find online, e.g. VLC Media Player (which you can download form CNET).

I received an error each time I attempted to convert a song. There is no phone number to call for support only an email. I do not recommend purchasing. I REGRET buying this. They offered me new software to try out but I refused. I'm still waiting to hear back regarding a refund. Don't make the same mistake I made!
