    "5 sec is not enough"

    Pros

    Good options (different formats, mono\stereo, bit) and good converting

    Cons

    5 sec is not enough for my decision to buy it.
    old-fashion interface
    cann't resize a window
    Expensive!

    Summary

    If you need it for iPhone ringtone making, I'll recommend you a free online converters.
    If you need it for audio converting, this program has a right to exist.
