Version: MP3 WAV Editor 2.4
"Innacurate at timing"
Pros: Easy enough interface to use
Cons: Despite the interface providing minutes:seconds:hundredths it proved to be inaccurate at moving to the hundredths specified. It may be just with longer MP3 files. The one I was working with was a 17.5Mb file (for an 18 minute long song) and I was trying to get to a point at 02:58:60 (or thereabouts) but found it was jumping well over the single hundredths I was changing the start time to.

This is a problem even with shorter files, of say 15 seconds. Strange that it lets you select timing down to the hundredths but isn't actually able to handle that.
