MP3 To Ringtone Gold also supports converting DVD or videos/youtube to ringtone formats or cell phone videos. It supports AVI, WMV, MPG, ASF, FLV... almost all video formats.

"A dangerous Joke"

Pros: It downloaded quickly from server

Cons: Doesn't work as described - that makes it a joke. Will not uninstall - that makes it dangerous and risky - stay away
