"Installer failed and no tech support available"

Pros
It's a great tool. I used it for a year before an upgrade was pushed to me.
Cons
The upgrade uninstalled my working version and then didn't reinstall properly. Even the old version won't install properly anymore. This isn't their fault; I'm sure something's wrong with my computer. But there is no technical support available without purchasing the pro version. THAT's my beef.

Pros
Had an older version of MP3 Rocket when I had XP and easily downloaded songs.
Quick and efficient, allowed you to listen to your song immediately.
Also had updates.Cons
Currently, cannot get MP3 Rocket to work after 7 or 8 downloads. You click on the desktop icon and it wants to know if it can download on your hardrive. Click yes and nothing happen. So you uninstall a BUNCH of ADD-ONS as well as uninstalling MP3 Rocket.
Summary
If you can get the download to work, very efficient music download site.
Otherwise, the way it is now, I give it a terrible rating. -

It downloads well with Windows 7 or earlier.
Cons
This software is NOT compatible with Windows 8 and why CNET has it listed that it is is dumb-founding. There is no online support for MP3 rocket unless you pay for it. It downloads passed 100% and then fails to convert and transfer to Windows Media. This software is the very same as Youtube Downloader in disguise. From what I can tell there are no programs available to download any music at all with Windows 8.
Summary
I would stay away from MP3 Rocket and YouTube Downloader...they are the same program with different titles and they are not compatible with Windows 8. In fact, like I said before, there are NO programs available online to download music for Windows 8 and the ones that claim to be either don't work or are loaded with malware/adware/spyware or both.

Pros
Does what they claim, downloads YouTube videos and converts them to MP3 at rocket speeds. Good selection of free movies, radio stations and games. Good over all converter and downloader. Did I mention that it is free.
Cons
The movies are ad supported.

Love this software, it downloads songs off YouTube very fast. Works on my Windows 8 just fine. Good job guys.

I wished they allowed you to download movies instead of just watch them.

There is code on everything after uninstall. Causing MAJOR problems.

None it used to work fine on my other operating systems but will not work on Windows 8.

Constantly freezes up. Completely re-installed twice. Still does the same thing. Completely removed period. They should tell consumers it doesn't work with Windows 8
Summary
I used to use this program with Windows XP pro, Vista, Windows 7 and it worked superior on those operating systems. I believe the problem with Windows 8 is that Windows uses their own version of Java script called cloud which will not work with MP3 Rocket. Mp3 Rocket uses Java. Iv'e tried and downloaded Java but it still wont work.
I don't understand why they don't warm consumers that it is not compatible with Windows 8. -
