Pros
Quick video downloads.
Doesn't bug me with multiple file options like Firefox add-ons.
All the extra games, radio, and TV stations it doesn't really advertise.Cons
Poor mp3 converter.
Summary
I use this software to download music videos from YouTube and then convert the music to wma audio format at 128 kbps using FormatFactory. This duo of software works wonders. If you have and iPod or Mac, you can use FormatFactory to convert it to m4a/aac at 128 kbps or mp3 at 192 kbps audio. Don't forget the non YouTube features like Internet Radio, TV, and games, I use these more than the music video downloads.

Pros
The best feature is the ability to download any YouTube video and convert any YouTube video to an MP3. Great way to fill up your iPod with safe and legal music. Games, Radio and streaming TV channels are a nice bonus.
Cons
Provides free movies but most of the movies come from either Hulu or YouTube.

Pros
MP3 Rocket is the best YouTube downloader and MP3 Converter that I have found. You can control the bit rate of the file you converter. 256kb stereo is default, you can download video in MP4, MOV, AVI. etc. Great easy to use downloader.
Cons
I wish you could edit the metadata of the files directly.

My kids and I love MP3 Rocket. It is the best free MP3 Downloader we have ever used. Kids safe with good free mp3s, music, radios and games. Love IT!

No all of the TV shows work in Canada.

During installation, when it asks you to install Adobe Flash, do NOT click on their link provided from their installation prompt. It installs a special version of Flash that opens doors to a whole bunch of fishy sites, and who knows what that does. Instead, quit the program, download the legit adobe flash from adobe website, install that, and then restart mp3rocket. This program is kinda fishy... But it works. Just be careful.

after watching top of the pop`s 1976 over christmas, i decided to download a couple of tracks from 1976. tried frostwire & limewire, both these two giants in mp3 file downloders could not find what i was looking for

looks a little complicated at first site, but soon found my way around

Pros
Have found songs that I liked 50 years ago. I though that they were dead and gone for ever, but with MP3 Rocket, I HAVE THEM NOW.
Cons
Would be great if it had a way to resume downloads that were not complete when the power company decided to turn your power off for about 3 seconds.
Summary
Finds a hundred songs where others find one or two.
