"(My first review) Best use is while you're awake"
Version: MP3 Pizza Timer 2.3
Pros
No installation required. I have another no-install alarm clock program, but apparently it thinks 'comct232.ocx' is missing, even when I got the file & put it in the right folder. No-install programs are always good for diagnostics, anyway. :-P
Cons
Plays the sound file once. Although the volume on my speakers was lower than I wanted it to be, I expected my "Good Morning Ringtone" MP3 to still be playing, even when I woke up an hour later than I wanted to. I still got to class on time, though.
Summary
Don't use this program if you want to be woken up, unless you have a really long, possibly repetitive sound file to make up for the program's non-repetition.

"Much more pleasant than the annoying oven timer!"
Version: MP3 Pizza Timer 2.3
Pros
Intuitive interface, does what it's supposed to do
Cons
Timer starts automatically (you have to adjust the time as it counts down)
Summary
What a neat little program! It's called "pizza timer" because it's like an oven timer for your computer, only it plays any of your favorite songs instead of some annoying alarm when time is up!
It's easy to set the time, but it feels rushed because it begins to count down as soon as you open the program, and it continues to count down as you adjust it. So you can't set it early, you have to open it up as soon as you want to start your countdown (or just keep readjusting the timer backwards until you're ready).
Unfortunately it doesn't meet my needs since I was looking for more of a scheduling program. But if you don't have a stopwatch or an alarm clock, this is the perfect solution for you. -
"Great Software for pizza or anything."
Version: MP3 Pizza Timer 2.3
Pros
Great Software
Cons
None that I can think of right now!
