For $30 it claims it will convert many file formats to MP3.

Why do they offer a trial that does not do any of the things it is supposed to do? As far as I know, this software does not work at all. I will never give them my money, and I am uninstalling this worthless "trial" version right now. They could have given me a screenie of the product in action - at least I wouldn't have wasted my time downloading.
