    "User Unfriendly!"

    Pros

    None that I can think of.

    Cons

    1. Cannot switch between my Canon MP5100 and MP6100 printer/scanner.
    2. Difficult to obtain support from Canon.
    3, Interface is "clunky" (technical term). It forces user through many unintuitive screens to manually adjust scanner settings.

    Summary

    I am going to be looking for ANY other scanner interface software. Let me know if you have any suggestions,,,please!
