"Unauthorized programs automatically install with it!"
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
I don't know any because I was so frustrated with the shady software they included that I uninstalled immediately.
Cons
At least 4 additional programs were hidden in this download:
Pokki
MixDJ toolbar
Strong Vault
Carbon
How do companies expect people to trust them when they are shady and misleading about what they are providing in their downloadable files?Summary
I was downloading this to have a browser on my xbox and it added 4 additional programs. I can't stand it when they try and sneak extra software in like that. My security suite immediately recognized the files as potential threats and quarantined them. Not cool being sneaky like that! UNINSTALL!!

"I was Hoping for more."
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
Easy enough to get on XBox. Easy to use.
Cons
None of the British programming is available here. Hulu was mostly old "b" class programming. It took a long time for the programming to "load/acquire" the first time.
Summary
I'd love it if I lived in Britain.

"Doesn't work with Win7 (ended up using Kylo.tv)"
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
Simple, small download that works on Windows XP/IE 6
Cons
Does not allow text entry under Windows 7 (and some versions of Windows Vista)
Summary
Doesn't work with Windows 7 (and some versions of Windows Vista) because it relies on older versions of Media Center controls that no longer exist. Although the idea of using the current internet explorer browser is good, the program has not been updated in the last few years to work with changes to both Media Center and Internet Explorer. I ended up uninstalling this and using Kylo instead (http://kylo.tv/) which contains a full mozilla-based browser and is therefore a much larger download.

"Great to have a browser for the 360!"
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
It's a browser for the XBOX!
Cons
Can't browse as fast as compared to using a mouse, which is understandable. Does it support Java sites?
Summary
It's a browser for the XboX(!), though limited with its browsing capabilities. Can be improved a lot, but I guess it's good as gold when you don't have a lot of options for browsing on a console.

"It doesn't work..."
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
None at all
Cons
Doesn't work at all. It freezes up the Xbox.
Summary
This would be an awesome thing to have on the Xbox if it actually worked. I removed & redownload this program twice, still didn't work. I keep going into Windows Media on Xbox & it freezes up. Tried moving really fast to online media browser & after I click the media browser, the connection freezes/terminates/disconnect. This program probably needs to be updated to 2010-2011 b/c this version has been out since 2006!

"painful to use"
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
none that spring to mind
Cons
Painful to use, even with a keyboard. Half the web doesn't work properly.
how do i uninstall this crap?Summary
Just doesn't do its job. Its only streaming web to Xbox so should be easy (HDTV works perfectly fine over wifi...). Pocket Cloud on my android phone is much faster & miles easier, & that controls the WHOLE PC remotely.
Abysmal effort.
Don't bother until its been fixed or find an alternative -

"This product is excellent for watching and finding web video including HULU."
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
It is very easy to install and use. It is not buggy. Integrates effortlessly with Media Center. Has an intuitive interface.
Cons
In the URL bar I could not paste URLs which was annoying. ABC.com streaming video does not seem to work in this browser. I will continue to try however.

"Great concept, doesn't work"
Version: MCEBrowser 2.2
Pros
