    "Great for online maps (can set scale, measure angles, draw onscreen)."

    Pros

    It's easy to use and allows you to set a scale. So if you're looking at a map and the legend says the scale is 2 miles per unit, you can set the scale and then estimate a distance on a map. It also measures angles and you can draw temporary items onscreen (points, lines, rectangles, and polygons).

    Cons

    The bottom of the tool has tick marks but does not label them. This is the only thing I like better about JR ruler, but I still use MB ruler most often.
