From Satori Publishing :Lotto Sorcerer employs neural network (artificial intelligence) techniques to look for non-random and weighted influences in prior lottery drawngs, then advises optimum playing strategy. It works with all Pick 3 and Pick 4 type lotteries as well as standard lottos, as well as lottos with one or two bonus balls and keno games. Version 6.25 supports new lottery type, fixed issues, added new features.
