Version: Logosmartz 5.0
"Paid for it"
Pros: Wasn't crazy about it even though it did work
Cons: Deleted it
Summary: After I used it I discovered that there was an advertisement for their logo design business. I sent e-mail and they just did not get it. ADS HAVE NO BUSINESS ON PAYWARE. They told me it was there in case you could not design your own logo. I wrote if their product is so easy to use then what's up with that.? Excerpt for their response "Well we do not use our logo software to design the logo, we have professional designers who can create custom logos as per the requirements of the customer. So the advertisement is there so incase you are not able to design the logo as required using the program then you can always tell us the requirements and our designers give you the logo you want." They do not use their own software- There is more similar e-mails . It really is not a bad product It seemed a bit like iot needed more work to make it great. In my last e-mail I told them that I could not use the product and as a matter of principle I has to stick to my convictions and delete the product and forget the whole matter. It cost me $40 to learn and that's that . I did not ask for my money back and they did not offer. I did like and gave them an A+ for noting before downloading the trial that it was not fully functional. But for the lifee of me I cannot understand how these companies expect you to evaluate a crippled version of their product. So I no longer download a trial version unless it is a complete version. I believe e all owe it to ourselves to expect nothing less. I get no pleasure from writing a bad review but I owe it to my fellow downloaders to give a tell it like it is review.
