"Terrible! The worse software ever."

- Can't find anything good!

- Firt of all, it asks you to register at their website. Do they really have to ask you that? I think they don't know how boring it is, specially if you don't have a permanent internet connection.
- The installation shows a message saying that your computer display may go off for a while, fine, but I had no idea that it was going to mess all my display drivers
- Cute interface, but NOT usefull and well explained.
- You can't close the system tray icon by right clicking it, the only way is to use Ctrl + Alt + Del. You can only disable it.
Conclusion: DO NOT download this software, It really messed up my computer and my dysplay drivers. Right now I'm trying to use Windows System Restore to save up my computer. I hope it works, otherwise my only option will be get it formmatted.

Really easy to set up. I originally added it to my computer so my brother-in-law could remove a virus. It was so easy to add to my computer that I'm now using it almost every day.
Cons
None so far.

THIS INTERFACE IS VERY USER FRIENDLY. I have used this product for over 2 years and have gotten my family using it. Awesome IT tool.

This product is the best I have seen and they collect as much little information as they need. I also like the subscription thing and alot more.
