"Works fine...trivial to install...easy to use..."
Pros: Cuts through Nat/firewall/modem/routers like they weren't there. Zero config. Reasonably fast for a browser based interface. Price is right for free version.
Cons: Could be faster. Not as configurable as I'd like.
Summary: Simple software install with no change to router/nat/firewall/modem. (Make sure you setup the host machine -only- with this software.) Simple browser interface for 'guest module'. Only guest install is a browser plug-in. Just log onto the created log... read more

"Great service/great price! Reliable, easy to set up."
Pros: Easy to take over a remote PC and to send files back and forth. The cost for 1 PC is 1/3 the cost of GOTOMYPC.
Cons: I wish they had a special rate plan for 3 PC's (they have one for 5 PC's).
