"Excellent free method for Remote Access."
Pros: Free, fast, nice interface.
Cons: Occasionally disconnects.

"Free is fine but never purchase!"
Pros: Worked fine, a bit slow but works.
Cons: I purchased the full version and used it for a month. I canceled the "subscription" (because you can't just "buy" it for a year, it has to be a "subscription" which is a sure sign of a sneaky company) but they continue to charge me!
Summary: Lousy sneaky company with a decent product. The continued billing "subscription" (with no option to just use it for a year) is a sign that they know you won't buy it again after you need it, so they cheat you into paying twice - no matter if you try... read more

Pros: I've been using LogMeIn Free for a couple of years now, it just gets better. I can do everything I need to and there isn't a charge.
Cons: It would be nice to hear sound and print remotely, but they have versions (not free) that do that plus more.
