  "Doesn't work"

  Easy to install. Easy to set up account.

  Cons

  Did not use GPS to track my computer when I did a test to see if it worked.

  Summary

  When I did the first test to see if it could locate my computer, it somehow pulled out the location where I lived when the computer was first purchased, not where I am located now. The difference in miles was approximately 60. Since the software evidently does not use actual GPS to find the computer, it is useless in the event your computer is lost or stolen.

  "Lockittight is well worth the $$ I love this product!"

  Pros

  Logs all keystrokes,clear screen shots,GPS pretty accurate, auto updates
  Support responds with any issues lightning fast and takes care of the problem. There may be some bugs here in there but they work super hard to resolve it. They are awesome!

  Cons

  When it stops working sometimes you have to get back on line on that pc to update the client software
  screen shots are at the max of 5 min intervals would like it to be more frequent as possible or a way to see both sides of a conversation.

  Summary

  Well worth the money for anti theft and parental monitoring of online activity...With this product I got to know my kids on a whole new level.
