Version: Living Cookbook 2008 2.0.51
"Elegant, intuitive, powerful...with great support"
Pros: An extraordinary range of features and capabilities, in an amazingly well-behaved application. I've rarely seen a piece of software that delivers so much value for such a modest price. Toques off to Living Cookbook 2008.
Cons: I've yet to find a flaw.

"Best cookbook software ever and support wins an Oscar!"
Pros: Easy to use and customize. Great price and this is much better than MasterCook. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in any software!
Cons: Need automatic update notification or update link in Help file.

Pros: Easy to use, well supported. Overall great product!
Cons: Can't think of one negative thing about this program.
Summary: This program is easy to use, and has lots of great features. The developer is available through the forum, and is always ready to help - great support. I'd recommend this to anyone. read more

"Absolutely the best cooking software & support system!"
Pros: The program is easy to use, attractive, and efficient. You can run a restaurant with the software, or manage a small personal kitchen; either way, it's a snap. The technical support is the best and most personal I've ever seen.
Cons: There is nothing not to like!

"Best cooking software ever. Can't imagine using another"
Pros: The capture capability (to copy/paste recipes from the web) is superior as well as the ability to add web images. Nutrition information is easily calculated and is almost completely automatic. I like being able to "flag" recipes I've made
Cons: I'm still working with this new version, and I haven't found anything I don't like yet!
Summary: Bottom line is that Living Cookbook 2008 far surpasses the other cooking software programs I've either used or tried (MasterCook/Big Oven, to name two). You should try it for yourself; the cost is nominal for a program that, in all likelihood, conta... read more
