"Very functional, obviously usefull even for demanding client"
Pros: Easy and quick install. I like the idea of combining IM and customer contact center, haven't seen it before. The price is reasonable too.

Pros: simple, easy to install, one of the few good products "all in one" (communicator, contact center)
Cons: trial only for 14 days

Pros: Looks like a good program
Cons: Completely false advertising on here. You are led to believe that it only costs $33 to buy however what they dont tell you until you get to checkout is that its $33 PER MONTH! I would imagine most reviews here are buy their own staff just as they have done all over the internet.
Much cheaper and more established companies out there such as LivePerson etc.
Make sure you read their terms before commiting to anything so you dont get duped.
