Provide Support live chat is an online service that allows you to chat with your website visitors, enabling you to give instant online customer support and proactively sell your product. This web-hosted system means you don't have to worry about server capacity, bandwidth usage, system upgrades and other issues.
The system supports 256-bit SSL encryption and features visitor monitoring with geographic location identification, IP address, referrer, visited pages, and more. You can proactively invite your visitors to chat, request visitors' feedback when chat is finished, ask for information before chat is started, setup offline chat behavior, push pages, transfer files, use canned answers, save chat sessions logs, transfer calls to other operators or ask them for assistance, assign operators to multiple departments, set up sound and/or visual alerts on different events, see "party is typing" notification.
The system is very easy to set up - just paste a small HTML/JavaScript snippet into your web page source code. Web-based, Windows, Linux and Mac OS operator clients available. No plug-ins or software installation required on customer's side.

I love this programme. I use it on my website limo-land.co.uk. It looks great on my website. You can change the images to a huge selection of templates or upload your own. The best thing about this product is the fact you can see people who are visiting your pages. it tells you what page they are browsing on, what website they found you on, what key words they typed to find you and where in the world they are calling from. Ontop of which, at anytime, you can invite them into a conversation, as if they just walked through your shop door!

The only thing i can fault on this download is the fact it's not free forever! But it's still definately worth the £60 a year membership!
