"simple and easy to use"

after using a previous version for quite some time now, my AVG antivirus has decided that list alphabetizer.exe is a trojan horse and will no longer let me access it...im rather stuck now because i have no other program to replace it

Supposedly installed the latest version total of three times but CNET TechTracker persists in saying a later version is available. Don't know where the problem lies.

Pleasant interface. Does a basic job for very ~simple~ projects..
Cons
Doesn't deal with any but the most simple item listings. Interface somewhat crowded and difficult to ascertain. Also, has odd commands (like "Clean Entry" and "Clean Header") which are a bit arcane. [ Actually mean: CLEAR entry/header. ]
Summary
Lines have to be added one-by-one. So, you can't simply copy a list into this program and then have it perform alphabetization. This heavily restricts the range of uses.

My Kaspersky Anti-Virus detected an Ad-Ware (AdWare.Win32.Rabio.cz) in it

I would really love to have this program in my computer.. unfortunately, it has Ad-Ware :(

Don't know...but when I started to execute the program, it told me it has spyware, and quarantied it.

"Simple Little Utility Does Precisely What Authors Claim"

Does what authors claim it does & its easy to use

Only con is it copies only in txt file mode but if you pick one mode txt is best way to go

I needed a utility that simply arranges lists I make - CDs, DVDs, Movies, Addresses. This nifty utility does just that and allows me to go back and edit my lists. That is what I wanted and that's exactly what List does.

I wanted a simple program to type in 300+ myspace friends and delete duplicates if I type them. This fit the bill perfectly.
