"great but theres an "buzzing" issue"
Pros: Songs plus many another great things
Cons: ive got a core i7 imac when im playing a song in limewire and i press "command" "Q" i.e quit the application there is this werid buzzing distortion sound ?????

"Faster than the last version, lacking classic features."
Pros: The downloads seem to be about 30% faster than they were. The searches, of course, are identical, and dependent on who is online at the time.
Cons: There are several key features that are missing from the classic interface. The most glaring is the ability to search a given host by clicking a button. The library cannot be used to edit tags. Controls have moved to the "advanced" pane or are gone.
Summary: I still like Limewire, but I will never like it as well as I did Limewire Classic. The new interface is a disaster, with the only redeeming feature being the increase in speed of downloads. This version was supposed to show active up and downloads on... read more
