"Easy, light-weight note system"
Version: Library .NET 17.5.3990
Pros
Lightweight, note database
Cons
none at this time
Summary
I started with this as a source-code snipped database and eventually purchased the full version. It has a lot of features and is easy to use...

"The reason there are no reviews is no one can use it."
Version: Library .NET 17.5.3886
Pros
I like the idea of organized information management.
Cons
No instructions or help. It appears you cannot drag and drop. It seems to be a database manager and not an information/document manager.
Summary
This is pathetic. Its a great idea and i'd love to try it, and would possibly then buy it if it was useful, but after installing, there are no instructions AT ALL.
The only download in the zip is "notes.exe". No 'read me', no manual, no 'get started.' There is not the slightest hint on how to even begin using it.
The help tab does not have any help; your options there are "Check for Update, Feedback, Professional Version, Search (Node + Note)". Clicking Professional Version takes you to a sales ad, nothing that tells you how to use it.
After retyping the URL because there was no way to get out of that ad, the entire site is a gallery of images for their different programs. Clicking on an image gives a larger view. These images are annotated screenshots. If there is a page or part of this site that actually has text and information, I could not find it.
I tried to send a comment. It requires MS Outlook. Since I do not use MS Outlook, (and it is not my default email client), I am unable to send a comment to the developers. Since cancelling my attempted comment, the entire program is locked.
The description is misleading; it calls itself a document or information management system but I think it is actually a database manager. So if you have multiple, pre-existing databases you might be able to link them to this program. However, if I had multiple database I would not use this; I would not want the integrity of my databases compromised by accidental or ill-advised editing in this program. And the idea of mucking around in my working databases with a program that has no instructions is just ludicrous.
