Version: Legends of Cosrin 0.423
"now with unlimited free play"
Pros: From the brains who brought you Terris, the most popular online game from AOL Europe, and Warhammer Online, Legends of Cosrin has had a lot going for it -- and for a long time, too.
The most important revent development has been the introduction of unlimited freeplay. The limited log-ins are removed and newbies can play for as long as they wish. Just as well, old characters from long ago can now log back in and pick up right where they left off without having to re-register.
The land is still populated by its hardcore RP crowd but the community is still as welcoming as it has ever been (if not moreso)
The atmosphere is as perilous, dark, and herois as ever and there is much to see and still do.
I welcome you to try it out.
Cons: There are a few drawbacks to the unlimited play but nothing serious that a relatively skilled player couldn't handle:
1. players will cap at level 50 and are required to register in order to advance any further (but believe me, it takes a long while to reach that level)
2. buff spells from players and spell services from NPCs cannot be cast upon those who are un-registered but enhancement pastes, potions, food and drink still work.
3. RP points cannot be given to unregistered players (but that is a small matter and does not negatively affect growth)
4. skills can only be learned in NPC shops and not from studying off other players
