"Poor quality mp3"

Pros
It's free, does it's job but not good enough.
Cons
I converted a wav to mp3 and found the quality to be quite terrible. It's shaky and pretty much useless. Any advanced settings which could be used to increase quality are unavailable in this free version.
Summary
If your not bothered about quality then this does its job, however there are surely other free converters which offer higher quality mp3 outputs. I haven't tried the other output formats but doubt they will be much better without having to pay and upgrade.
