"Great Product"

ePrint is a very easy to use file conversion program, it supports a wide range of formats you can convert to. You also have the ability to print and email to multiple machines within the same office or building.
Cons
no complaints
Summary
All in all ePrint is a very user friendly program, simple enough for your basic tasks and supportive enough for the harder ones.

"Customer Support is Non Existant"
Version: Leadtools ePrint Professional 5.0
Pros
It has many options to convert one format to another
Cons
Poorly documented. Very poor code examples. Customer Service is horrible - you don't get phone support, and it takes 2 + days to get a support email answered - 9 times out of ten your questions are not answered. Support seems to be overseas
Summary
Version 5 has been totally rewritten so your previous code is scrap. There are two versions - one only runs on a server, the other runs on a PC. If you want to have more than one developer, plan on spending thousands for more than one developer license. The licensing is not geared twoard custom development. They tell you that a developer seat has 10 user licenses. I was told by them to set it up on a file server so the 10 people could use it. Well, I want my developers to be able to compile against it - I'm not interested in setting it up so non developers can use the imaging application. This product was extremely difficult to set up on MS Server 2008. II was told to uninstall, and install several times, rebooting the server in between. Uninstall is not clean - I had to delete registry entries. Customer support is sub par. It seems that you can only ask one question at a time, wait 2 + days and then receive hurried half answers. The technicians either don't understand the question, or are swamped with help requests. Documentation is a joke. They have on-line pages that describe a function and a simple code snippet, but nothing that tells you what methods need to be used for certain tasks. Questions such as "What methods need to be called and what properties should be set when converting a print document to TIFF" were simply not answered. If you don't know a thing about image processing, and plan on writing custom code, check out the competiton before buying from LEADTOOLS.

"Great program, but can't handle vertical text in PDF"
Version: Leadtools ePrint Professional 5.0
Pros
I really like this program. Installation was smooth, but the tildes (~) in the temp folder directory path during setup annoyed me - isn't DOS dead? Interface is absolutely gorgeous, almost Macintosh-like. Extensive help online, including interactive forums. Amazing amount of conversions to select from. Easy to use. You can rename the resulting HTML and its associated folder without corrupting the HTML, even though Leadtools warns you that corruption may occur. Uninstallation was clean and hassle-free.
Cons
Tildes displayed in temp path during setup. Program doesn't show full path when it asks you to select where to install program. Both of these are minor flaws compared to the flaw that I noticed in complex conversions. I took a one-page PDF with text running in all different directions, with different fonts and different justifications, and converted to HTML. The results weren't pretty. All vertical text in the PDF was stretched, distorted, or missing in the HTML, and bars separating cells were shifted around.
