I have used this launcher since its release in 2003. It has worked without problems to this day. I'm on OS X 10.5.8.

May not be supported any more. Don't know.
Summary
If you like the old style launcher, try this one. Easy to add programs to the menu by just dragging the program and it makes an alias for you.
