"Horrible support"

Seems to be working to crack an Excel 2007 open password on a Core i7 920 at 200 passwords/sec.

Can't get it working on my NVIDIA CUDA GPU set up. It'd be nice to have a bunch of stream processors working on this file as well.Summary
I've purchased this software (version 12 in November 2009) direct from LastBit but couldn't get it working on my GPU, even though I met all the written requirements. I've tried contacting the company for help over the last week with zero response. I've tried at least 5 e-mails (from a couple accounts in case I was getting spam blocked or something) and I even went so far as to track down the developer's phone number and leave a voicemail. Zero response to everything. That's what really gets me upset about the software.
