Version: Landlord Report 2007
"It's so bad it's almost a joke."
Pros: At first, it appears to have many of the necessary, even desirable functionalities. Some of the program screens give a good impression.
Cons: It's sluggish and poorly performing. Not Mac-like at all. Can't have more than ONE window open for key functions or it corrupts data! Next to NO user guide documentation and "customer support" is only via email... taking a long time to get even fairly basic questions addressed, although not many have been answered well, either.
Seems like a buggy, incomplete, possibly alpha or beta stage project they've just thrown into the marketplace and don't really care to take care of customers once they've got the cash.
We can't commit our real business data or actual operations to something this flakey!

Version: Landlord Report 2007
"The best out there for a Mac"
Pros: The best part about it is it does exactly what I need it to do.
Cons: There isn't much out there to choose from for property management software for the mac. This is the best of what is available but I agree with JackRigg about all the problems with the software.

Version: Landlord Report 2008
Pros: Software very helpful with my Tenants & Properties. Very easy to use and print Tenant Statements. Prints Financial Reports, my CPA can use. Highly recommend this software.
Cons: Nothing bad to report - I love it.
