""Amazingly Useful""
Version: Lalim VCD Player 2.2.2
Pros
Small and Handy
Quality is Fair
Monitors CD Drive for VCD's
"one of a kind"Cons
Not "non nerd" friendly-I wouldn't recommend this product for novinces
Summary
I recentally went to India for vacation-this is where I bought my first VCD set. When I brought this set home (USA) I couldn't use it with most media players. I soon decided to go to downloads.com to check out a VCD player. Lalim was the first one to pop up. Against other VCD players Lalim stands out the most, its small, more compact and "sleek" (use this term loosley) design made it easy for playing my VCD's. I enjoyed how it "moniters" the CD drive looking for VCD's. What I didn't enjoy about this product was that some of my friends had trouble of using it (they were computer novinces and actaully not my friends-also I'm making this up, this is an opinion) because it was "so high tech" (NOT) and gave bad reports about this. Otherwise this product happens to be the "best of its kind" in my opinion.

"Great for what it does"
Version: Lalim VCD Player 2.2.2
Pros
It plays VCD discs on my older computer for store demos (my old computer doesn't have a DVD drive, so I recode everything to VCD).
Cons
It can only loop a single chapter, so if you have multiple chapters on your disc you can't loop them all. But for the price, I can't complain!

"a solid no install required easy to use product"
Version: Lalim VCD Player 2.2.2
Pros
No need to install, just unpack where you want and run it. Small size. Easy to use.
Cons
Some VCD's lost video/audio sync but that may have been due to the creation of the disc rather than fault of the player. I couldn't tell.
