I was looking for a program which would cover all our needs (normal labels AND special labels for our laboratory trials). This program did the job. Support is very fast (same day or the next). I noticed a (very small) bug in the program, mailed it to Orchid and next day they solved it.... So also GREAT support....I highly recommend it...
