Version: Kyodai Mahjongg 2006 1.42
Pros: The best Mahjongg game I've come across to-date. Had it on my previous laptop with XP - installed it on my new desktop with Vista HP and was able to play online or offline without any difficulties. With so many games incompatible with Vista, I'm glad my favourite works well :)
Cons: I wish they'd change the sound played when one is out of moves. It jolts you when you've been listening to their beautiful, relaxing music.

Version: Kyodai Mahjongg 2006 1.2
Pros: I've been playing this game for years and i love it. Its got so many options for changing board layouts, tiles, backgrounds etc. that if you like Mahjong solitaire, you'll always find something new to love about this program.
If you go to the website for the program, you can find alternate layouts, tiles etc. for download that others have made and uploaded. Or you can make your own.
Cons: With so many options available for customizing the game it makes it hard to decide what you want to play.

Version: Kyodai Mahjongg 2006 1.21
Pros: I generally play more action-oriented games like Counter-Strike, but Kyodai Mahjongg is just so good that you can't possibly not love it! The graphics and gameplay are excellent. There's also some pretty interesting music included with the game. You can customize it to fit your tastes too. If you want a Mahjongg game, look no further.
Cons: The closest thing to a con I can think of is that it's not free. However, the $22.95 it costs to register your copy (and get rid of the occasional nag screens) is a GREAT deal. You get free updates for life after registration, and the game is updated frequently.

Pros: I have had this programme since its very beginning and have all versions.
It is most definitely the best Mahjong game! it leaves the others standing.
Its realism is extremely acurate. Its music backgrounds are also a reminder of any experience of playing the actual game in the country of its origin.
Every credit given to its French Originator and his cohorts.
Superb! every update makes it even more enjoyable. I am a number one fan!

Version: Kyodai Mahjongg 2006 1.42
"Fantastic! Don't waste your time with any of the others."
Pros: I started playing this author's game back in 2002. Since then there have been several beta versions, the 2004 version and now the 2006 version. If you have a great video a and sound card the 3D features will blow you away, but some of the features can be eliminated if your system can't handle it.
If you like playing Mahjongg, this is the one.
Cons: I love this version - no complaints!
