    "It's very useful. It maintains my PC to run fast@smooth"

    Pros

    Quick and easy, doesn't kill tasks, they just trim it. It also has clear cache mode which also helps a lot.

    Cons

    I had to keep toggling this program to startup with Windows, which it didn't before, but it seems like they fixed it.
