Pros: some cool english people in game (some)
Cons: i dont like the fact that this game has more hackers/dupers/macroers than anyother game.Also WHEN (not if) ur account gets hacked, the complete non ewxistant customer support will not help u..in 1 sentence..this game is not playable...sure it looks cool and gots some really cool features. But wen it comes down to actually being able to play the game, u cant..this whole game is mainly based on pvp..but to be able to compete with any1 ingame u must cheat..infact there has been prrof that the GM's actually congratulate cheaters..ill give u and example of how this game is not playable..i played for almost 18 months i lvl my char to lvl 65 and beleive me it takes ages its hard and boring to get to lvl 65 but i did it none the less..if u cheat by macro (koxp) then maybe u can get lvl 70 in 1 month...i have a powerful char on the server cypher but i get beaten by lvl 55 chars that use cheats in pvp( the cheat is koxp..auto pot auto attack and auto town) there is alot of turkish people that play this game too. so expect to not be able to talk to any1 for about 20 hrs of the day...this game is also
called a free to play game..the only thing free about it is the download...u will be charged to enter a server..u will be charged for playing the game and u will be charged for ingame items that U need to actually play..So inconclusion..if u are very wealthy can speak turkish and love to cheat then go ahead and download this useless game and wen u have spent a a few thousand USD then be prepared to be hacked by a 10 year old turk kid who will steal ur items and delvl ur char(btw no customer support will be givin to anybody and especially not YOU) thankyou for ur time and i hope u take my advice and not waste ur time on this money hungry dont give a hoot company named K2Networks..oh 1 more thing have a look on the better businees bureu website and take alook there at how much this company cares about there customers/slaves...bbb gives an F rating

"Enjoy the game but DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY"
Pros: Awesome graphics and good story line. That's all the pros I could find.
Cons: Too many bugs, too many cheaters, too many hackers, too addictive, no customer support, etc, etc.

"Not abysmal, but far from good."
Pros: Getting everything set up is very easy. It's a clean install, no hangups or bugs during the first install. It does download patches, but at a quick rate on fast connections. Once you begin, the "Ohh" factor takes over and you are immersed in the graphics and the sound. Graphics aren't high-end, but for their level aren't laughable. There are thousands of players all around, active players. The view is switchable between Third person, far third person, free, and first person. That is great for some games, and it doesn't suffer here.
Cons: Once that "ohh" factor wears off in a matter of hours, you begin to realize how much this game is lacking. There are bugs upon bugs, upon bugs. You can report the bugs, but the developers do not seem to notice. The chat function is unexplained, and for the most part just random banter. Class spells don't get anymore impressive as levels increase. The party system favors leechers, as with all party systems of this sort. The player community is borderline, because of the lack of translation skills, rudeness, and overall sense of "Gotta be the best by any means. you teh suck111!!!111." Of course, the population is a plus, but also a minus, as players will nearly always intrude on another player's kill, either on purpose or by accident.
Items can be deleted for absolutely no reason. Not just items you pick up fairly, but pay items as well. Public humiliation serves as punishment for rule infraction on the webpage, which is a is no-no for gamer's reputation. There are also many flaws in this games hack detection system that punishes innocents, and lets the guilty get off scot-free.

"Waste of Time and real money..."
Pros: Graphics are decent but not enough to carry the game.
Cons: Several as mentioned by previous posted reviews.
1) Cheaters and Hackers are rampant.
2) No customer Support for Free2Play.
3) If you do Pay2Play, see #2 first half.
4) No In-game Game Managers (GM's) to regulate rampant Cheaters and Hackers.
5) Duplicated Items (Dupes) do not get purged from game (DupeSwiped) enough.
6) If you are not a P2P member and are F2P, good luck getting on the game during peak Turkish Time Hours.
7) Needs a Translator for the non-english speakers (for a game made and run by Koreans this Surprises me).
8) Poor Censor blocker(not that most L337 do not know how to work around it anyways:)).
Buggy, Laggy, and all the other things most Serious Gamers hate.
That's just a few things, I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.
If You want a game that has some good Graphics and is not as easy to hack, I suggest you go buy World Of Warcraft(WOW), EverQuest, and GuildWars (GW). Some other good Free to play Massive Multi-player Online (MMO) games that are not K2 Owned are RuneScape (Old-school look and feel)and Silkroad Online.

"Fun but don't take it seriously"
Pros: It really has good graphics and game play for being totally free. Tons of weapons, upgrades, can belong to clans etc. It also has great quests, magical effects, good use of camera angles, lots of land to play on and tons of monsters.
Cons: Where to start... cheating, hacks, large group of non english speakers asking for healing or buffing when you are a warrior and don't have those abilities. Tons of people asking for swift if you are a rogue, some creatures are nearly impossible to kill, wars are almost no fun when you are below level 50 because the higher level users kill you before you have a chance. Items that are being sold are rediculous prices like a +1 shard for 70 million coins etc. The whole game is designed to take your money. To be competitive you have to purchase items from them, higher level upgrades from them, memberships from them etc and if you don't, you are already at a disadvantage to those who pay. I have played the game for about a year and just got tired of it because of so many bugs, dupe wipes that take out your legit items, NO SUPPORT from K2 and rampant cheating.
