Version: Kitchen Designs for Everyone 2.0
"Good with some flaws"
Summary: Really nice, free user-friendly program (though as an engineer I would have liked more). Allows details such as colored door knobs, various sinks, sliding doors, a selection of floor, wall, ceiling and cabinet styles... Limited to square-shaped kitchens. Can't add stove without the oven; no microwave etc. Might need to update your ms directx 9.0 for 3D viewing. Some bugs in 3D view (as other people mentioned). In response to the slow-learners who could not insert individual cabinets: right click in 2D view, select "properties", select a view and add an item and its dimensions, color and style. It's not that difficult!
