    "Free MSO Alternatives"

    July 8, 2012  |   By Gavino777

    Pros

Kingsoft Office 2012 seems fairly easy to use, has the look and feel of MS Office 2007.

    Cons

I DO miss MS Office 2010, the trial version expired and I can't afford the actual product. Coming across Kingsoft Office 2012 looked promising but I can't seem to save to the MS Office 2007/2010 format which is quite frustrating as I use MS Office 2007 on my laptop.

Presentations made in Microsoft Office versions 2007/2010 look far more professional than in 2003 which is all I can seem to save as under KSO 2010. :(

    Summary

Aside from the lack of saving to the current MS Office formats, KSO seems to be a fairly good and free alternative to Microsoft Office.
